OVERVIEW
Vector Solutions is a SAAS company that offers multiple products in the training, safety, and workplace operations fields. I am the lead UX designer for 3 of these products: Convergence, EHS, and Pathways.
Convergence is a commercial Learning Management System (LMS) that helps their users learn new skills, develop in their careers by following learning paths, and stay up to date with compliance trainings.
EHS is a safety management software that workers use to report potentially hazardous environmental, health, and safety hazards that they observe on the job. It is also used by administrators to manage these reports, and take action to prevent future issues. EHS and Convergence are often purchased together and have cross functional use.
Pathways is a departure from the other two in both user base and function. It is a work-based learning management software used by students, and admins like teachers and career readiness coordinators. Students utilize the software to record the hours they've spent on a work-based learning experience (culinary school, trade internships, etc), while admins create and manage these experiences, along with all the digital paperwork.
Due to NDAs, I am unable to showcase my work here, but would be happy to discuss how my design process of UX research, iterative design, design validation, and handoff to product and development has been successful during my time at Vector Solutions. I am especially proud of my work in completely overhauling complex workflows that have not been touched for 20 years, my work on the design system, and leading end to end design efforts by guiding developers through my mockups.
